Joy Bailey
As a leader in the real estate community for more than 30 years Joy Bailey can sell your property. Joy’s had the good fortune of having opened doors for many folks in the real estate business, especially women. When she started in the business, there were only a handful of women in the real estate industry, each working very hard to get ahead in the business. Because of hard work, Joy has pioneered her company into a multi-million dollar sales organization.
Rewards have been bountiful for Joy thru the years with repeat business from clients and their friends and families. She has also been recognized by colleagues as a leader and a life member of the Top Producers Club for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors for multi-million dollar sales production. She has also experienced the good fortune of being the first woman "REALTOR of the YEAR", first woman "President of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)" for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, President of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, the first "Chairman of the Year" award for outstanding contributions to the real estate industry, regional vice-president for the SC Association of Realtors, Board of Directors for American Federal Savings and Loan Association, Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of the Foothills, advisor board for First Citizens Bank, SC Governor's Housing Board and the Community Housing Resource Board.
Joy has volunteered on committees for the aged and homeless, as well as sponsored events for 10 years for Greenville Retirement Center for the mentally and physically handicapped residence.
